Marine Colon is a teaching researcher at AgroParisTech and UMR G-EAU. Her background education and professional experience is engineering for water and sanitation utilities. She has been a State engineer since 2002. She turned to research in social sciences by completing a Master in public management in 2010 and a PhD in management sciences in 2014.
